From our Dreaming Cave at Potter’s Farm
In many parts of our northern hemisphere, spring has reached her warming arms into our climate much earlier than anticipated, and so does our Vernal Equinox arrive early, the evening of March 19. We hope these dream distillations from our 18th Deep Winter Dreaming Lodge may be of some guidance for you over the next year.
Our dreamers arrived to Potter’s Farm shortly after New Years, to find no snow on the ground. And still, we were blessed with a slight snow dusting during our dreaming time. So many of the messages this year center around self-care, and tending your home ground. And as for our ever-changing Mother Earth? We are Her seeds of hope. Grow that change! And if you haven’t fallen in love with nature lately, go outside and create your own adventure.
We honor our dear guide, friend, teacher, drummer, student, BlackWolf, who walked these winter months to pass on to the next realm, and he, too, showed up in our dreams. We missed the love and nurturing of our other Chief, DancingEagle, who cared for her beloved in this time.

Respect the land. Defend the land. Protect natural growth.
What is the emergency? The urgency with which others think we need information is theirs. Seek out ways to rest your mind from all the incoming messages. You carry all you need to know, inside.
Your transformation only works on your time. No one else’s.
Life shows us we are not in charge of those we love. When frustrated or annoyed, step aside and look at the lifetime of a family relationship.
Though the hours may be long, lean in to hear the words of those who are grateful for this life, and for their upcoming journey out of this life. The stories are rich. Hold each one like a precious rose that crystallizes in your heart.
When we release each layer of our trauma, a vast sea of beauty is revealed: each layer an intricate flowered montage.
Discipline yourself to stretch beyond your current capability to open the door to transformation.
How are time and schedules nourishing you?
When we give of ourselves and give into our creativity, we live in joy.
It’s worth the price. Step into the advanced training that immersion in Nature affords. You will fall in love with the unknown.
Do not take orders blindly. Stay in touch with your feelings, with your humanity.
Be alert to distractions, that in the blink of an eye, can keep us from hearing the truth.
We have the power to transform our emotions.
We all have the opportunity for redemption. Stand up in your uniqueness. Let your moves be golden.
Be aware of what we unleash when boundaries are unspoken.
The oppressed are reaching out to make connection with their oppressors. Yield to a new way of celebrating humanity.
Cleanse yourself from doubts; new solutions will be found!
Be nourished by the feminine energies. It will empower you.
Listening requires more than hearing.
What distorted emotions live in the background of your life? Bring them front and center to learn the score they keep with you.
Love multiplies peace exponentially.
Seek out the purity that returns us to compassion and healing.
The journey of those we love is theirs to take. What they share may be thrilling or frightening. Take the high ground as an observer. No need to judge.
Higher education stands at the threshold of change.
Consumerism and competition feed the colonization of people of color. These are distractions of humanity’s path forward.
A black wolf protects the perimeter of our ceremonies. See Him in his diamond. Let Him see you see him.
One incident occurs. Parents judge. Peers judge. What is needed to know the full story of our young boys? How do we guide with loving intervention rather than punishment? This change can shape who they become.
Do you need another to help you make your way in life, to see you as you see yourself? What emotions provide clarity and which ones are obscured?

It is necessary to test and defy current laws that are outdated. Do it with your unique, personal expression of beauty.
We have the power to transform anything old into something that spices up our life. Imagine it and watch it unfold.
Search for the amazing things about your family, your ancestry.
Our nurses are STILL overworked. They are helping patients and their colleagues. At the end of a workday, they are bedraggled, eating poorly and feel that others are judging them. Do we march onward, oblivious to this lifestyle?
Others clearly see our unique medicine when we speak from the heart.
What perspective will you use to tailor your approach to life’s next doorway?
The sacredness of our spiritual being yearns for connection. Sometimes it manifests as dis-ease when we are a warrior for patriarchy, rather than humanity.
Stop wasting your time hiding who you are. Focus on love and curiosity in finding your unique path.
Listen to your heart to find your way home.
Break out of conventional roles. Stand out and be noticed.
The patriarchy has been flattening the divine feminine for too long. Women’s voices are multiplying, their powerful truth emerging.
Trees share their collective wisdom of how to live, to grow, to thrive, through their roots. This IS oneness of life. We humans, too, share this capability.
Hiding who we truly are benefits no one. True connection comes through vulnerability and authenticity.
We have the power to end the need for innocent young men to train for war.
Do you find yourself thrust into situations for which you are not prepared? Trust that others see your potential and will help. How will you meet this challenge?

Share the lessons you learned as a child with the next generation.
Approach your teaching with awe and wonder.
Return to the backwaters to observe how nature filters the water from impurities.
Clay vessels may be used to cleanse water from pollution.
As we cleanse the water from pollution, we cleanse ourselves.
We each carry a unique story of our life that is different from the ones our siblings carry. It is all sacred, even if parts of it felt dangerous, or like a trap. Observe how elders can help us influence our place within our family.
If we want to live in balance with Mother Earth, move with right action. We are Her seeds of hope.
